I took my old Gap skirt and turned it into a sling bag! I used my Amy Butler Birdie Sling Bag pattern and bought the rest of the materials to make this bag. It is currently for sale on Etsy!
The linen skirt next to it will be my next adventure!

Newest Project-- Birdie Sling Bag!
I recently ran across a pattern and some great fabric on Etsy that I was just dying to try out. I ordered it during Spring Break and began cutting out pieces as soon as it all arrived. Last night was my first time to sit down and sew on it. I started around 5:30ish and finished sometime around 11pm. I love my new bag! It was a lot of work and takes multiple materials/fabrics, but I might start making them to sell on my Etsy site.
